上洞村是广东省肇庆市怀集县坳仔镇辖下的行政村，村域面积14.65平方千米，地处镇中部，省道263线沿线。13个村民小组，总人口1953人（363户），山地1.6万亩，水田454亩。村民主要种植和加工厘竹，人均年收入5653元。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村委会设在上洞村，村名由此而来。1998年，怀集县政府以怀发〔1998〕20号文批复成立村民委员会。此前的称谓依次为：上洞高级社、上洞大队、上洞乡、上洞管理区。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年3月，认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
