蓼坑村是紫金县古竹镇下辖的行政村，古称廖坑，2004年由蓼坑、榕丰、坑尾三个村委会合并而成。[1][2]

建置沿革[edit]

廖坑为古地名，永安县明隆庆三年（1569年）设立时，它是宽得都苦竹派社十四村之一；清代仍写作廖坑，属苦竹派约，位列该约二十村。[2]

1952年立蓼坑乡，1958年改为生产大队。1961年公社体制下放时分成榕丰、联星、三屋三个大队，到1963年又合为一个。1983年称蓼坑乡，1987年再分为蓼坑、坑尾、榕丰三个行政村，蓼坑一村下有蕉坑、水田、东地、磜下四个自然村。1998年设村委会，2004年三村重新合并，新的蓼坑村委会延续至今。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年10月入选「2019年广东省卫生村」；2019年12月进入国家林草局公布的「第二批国家森林乡村」；2021年1月，河源市文明委授予「2020年度河源市文明村」。[1]
