布心村在蓝塘镇，村里有省级文物保护单位邓缵先故居，距蓝塘圩约15千米。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
布心1958年为蓝塘公社布心大队；1961年随石城公社，1963年公社撤销后，布心大队在蓝塘公社下恢复。1983年设布心乡，1987年称布心村委会，1989年设管理区，1999年撤区、设布心村委会，名称沿用。[2]
2019年12月，布心村进入「第一批国家森林乡村」名单。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
邓缵先故居是一座清代乾隆年间的建筑（1780年），占地近300平方米。它先后被县（2011年11月）和市（2013年2月）定为重点文物保护单位，2013年5月起兼作河源市的爱国主义教育基地和反腐倡廉历史教育基地；2014年周边增建一条60余米的文化长廊，以及一座介绍客家民俗与新疆风情的两层展馆；2015年12月，故居升格为广东省文物保护单位（第八批）。[1][3]
著名人物[edit]
邓缵先（1868—1933年），字芑洲，号毳庐居士，紫金客家人。民国初年到新疆任职，先后做过乌苏、叶城、疏附、墨玉、巴楚五县的知事，在乌苏主政两年间修了桥梁和灌渠，著有《乌苏县志》《叶城县志》。他1933年任巴楚县长时，因当地动乱去世。[4]
