得名[edit]
社区名从镇名而来。当地流传的说法是：约700年前此地只有肖姓人家，南宋丞相文天祥兵败南撤，部将张元模随行，军中缺粮、队伍溃散后，他独自来到这里躲避，与肖家女儿成婚，后人逐渐兴旺。「张肖」谐音「装硝」，需要装硝就得用箩，「罗」与「箩」同音，加上山形像浮在水面的罗网，便有了罗浮之名。[2]

罗浮社区居民委员会成立于1999年，名称沿用至今。[3]
