历史沿革[edit]
1949年初设农会，1951至1957年为罗栋乡（小乡）；1958年并入岩前，属岩前大队，1975年又分出，成立罗栋大队。1984至1986年称乡，1987至1989年称村，1988年设管理区，1999年改为村民委员会。[3]
