得名[edit]
相传五百多年前，这里住着练、优两姓人家，村名就取自这两个姓。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1949至1957年为练优乡，1958至1983年为大队，1983至1986年又称乡，1986年设管理区，1999年改为村民委员会。[3] 2019年9月，练优村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
