浮东村是兴宁市罗浮镇东部的行政村，下分26个村民小组，在册315户、1623人，总面积3.8平方千米，耕地985亩。[1]
得名[edit]
村名由镇名的「浮」字加方位「东」而成，村在镇的东南方向。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年设农会，1951至1957年为乡，1958年10月，浮东作为大队归罗浮公社；1983年11月，划归罗浮区下的浮东乡；1989年起为管理区，1999年成立村民委员会。[3] 2017年10月，浮东村获广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予的首批广东省卫生村称号。[1]
经济[edit]
村在山区，粮食以水稻为主，亩产约900至1000斤；经济作物有黄豆、花生，也产高山茶油。村民房前屋后多种毛竹和杂竹，药材有巴戟、金银花，水果有沙田柚、柑橘、脐橙等。养的大牲畜主要是牛和猪，禽类主要是鸡。[1]
