黄布村是梅州市五华县周江镇下辖的行政村，位于周江镇东面；据村情介绍，辖15个村民小组，在册365户、1888人，耕地约860亩[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村民为纪念从大布、黄古潭迁来的先人，各取一字合成黄布[2]。
解放之初编入五华县第七区，名为龙兰小乡；1956年起成为黄布高级社，当年冬归周江乡；1958年改称黄布大队；后来名称几度更替：1984年设黄布乡政府，1989年改作黄布管理区，至1999年定为黄布村民委员会[3]。
