村里有一座钱氏宗祠，百度百科称它是宋代一位太守留下的遗迹，并说村志对本村的自然地理和人文发展有系统记载。[1]

村内分工业区、住宅区、商贸区三块，引进外资企业13家、民营企业10家。[1]红头葱是特色作物，建有220亩种植基地，年产值440万元，村集体年收入170万元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2006年获评惠州市文明村；2020年、2021年、2022年连续三年上榜淘宝村名单；2026年1月入选广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1][2]
