龙堵村是梅州市五华县周江镇下辖的行政村，位于周江镇中部；据村情介绍，辖23个村民小组，在册407户、2455人，耕地约920亩[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
据说村庄地形像一条龙，故名龙堵[2]。
解放之初编入五华县第七区，当时与兰鱼村合为龙兰小乡；1956年起成为龙堵高级社，归周江乡；1958年人民公社化时单独立为大队；后来名称几度更替：1984年设龙堵乡政府，1989年改作龙堵管理区，至1999年定为龙堵村民委员会[3]。
