利洋村是梅州市五华县周江镇下辖的行政村，属周江镇；据村情介绍，辖14个村民小组，在册313户、1982人，村域面积3.5平方千米，耕地约586亩[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
相传很久以前此地住着李、杨两姓，称「李杨」；后吴姓迁来，李杨两姓先后外迁，吴姓改叫「利洋」[2]。
解放之初编入五华县第七区，名为利洋小乡；1956年起成为利洋高级社，归中友乡；1958年人民公社化时单独立为大队；后来名称几度更替：1984年设利洋乡政府，1989年改作利洋管理区，至1999年定为利洋村民委员会[3]。
