历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网所记村名由来，是该族世代族训要求子孙自小立志，刻苦改变命运。[1]明末清初起属程乡县大小立堡，1733年属嘉应州大小立堡；1941年为第二区大立乡辖地，1956年属水车乡，1987年设小立管理区，1999年起为小立村委会。[1]2019年9月，村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位名单」。[1]
