先锋村为梅县区水车镇所辖行政村，黄琪翔故居（仪园）在村内。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
博雅地名网载，该村1949年前叫大立合水田文章村；1965年办起高级农业合作社后，内村因生产搞得好，多次被政府评为“先锋”，遂把文章村改名先锋村。[1]清代归嘉应州大小立堡，1952年划归荷泗大区，1956年属水车乡；1987年设先锋管理区，1999年起为先锋村委会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
黄琪翔故居（仪园）是民国时期的住宅，前部为南洋风格的楼房，后部为客家传统民居，平面沿纵向中轴对称；1949年胡琏部队过境时曾放火烧毁前楼。[1]黄琪翔是中国农工民主党的创建人之一。[1]
