承粮陂村是罗阳街道下辖的行政村。约一百年前，本村人在村旁修了一座陂头，解决旱田的用水；附近凡用这座陂水的村庄都要向本村交粮，用来承担水利维修，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属博罗县典史署管辖；民国时期编入一、二区十一保。新中国成立后先隶一区附城乡，人民公社化时为附城公社的承粮陂大队。1983年11月，罗阳区设承粮陂乡；1986年1月改为承粮陂管理区，归罗阳镇；1999年起设承粮陂村民委员会。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，承粮陂村成为广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」的创建单位；2020年8月，入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，产业为南药；2023年4月，又成为广东省「乡村治理示范村」创建单位。[1]
