桥西社区是广东省惠州市澳头街道下辖的社区，居民委员会设在澳头老城区，因辖区在澳头原拱桥的西面而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区的前身是澳头镇下设的澳头围管理区，设于1987年6月。此后名称几经变动：1988年曾叫办事处、居委会；1992年起带上“桥西”二字；2002年4月，“社区”之称出现；2008年2月，因镇改街道，全称随之改为“澳头街道桥西社区居民委员会”。[1]

2019年9月，桥西社区列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
