历史沿革[edit]

该村的建制自1950年的乡民会起，依次经乡政府（1953年）、初级社（1955年）、高级社（1957年）、生产大队（1958年），到1987年称村民委员会。[2]

地名由来[edit]

解放后成立乡人民政府，人们盼望和睦、和平，因此称和平。[3]
