凤楼村是封开县杏花镇的行政村，属广东省肇庆市。是镇里较偏远的村。位于镇东南部，面积约12平方公里，分27个村民小组，博雅地名网记人口2767人，离镇政府驻地3公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
该村的建制自1950年的乡民会起，依次经乡政府（1953年）、初级社（1955年）、高级社（1957年）、生产大队（1958年），到1987年称村民委员会。[2]2019年12月，凤楼村入选「第二批国家森林乡村」，并被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」；2020年8月又以茶叶入选「首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」。[1]
地名由来[edit]
凤楼、桂地原是两个农业社，公社化时合为一个，称凤楼。[3]
经济[edit]
村里向来以水柿、扁柿出名，每年出产10多万斤，销往顺德、东莞等地。[1]
