谢屋村是广东省肇庆市怀集县岗坪镇下辖的行政村。村委会位于圩镇北部的主村道旁。[1]

地名由来[edit]

怀集县人民政府以怀发（1998）20号文批复，1998年11月成立谢屋村民委员会，驻地为谢屋村，村名随之而定。村内村民皆姓谢。[1]

概况[edit]

下辖15个村民小组，总人口2541人。该页的种养业介绍文中写作庞庙村，数字与庞庙村页相同，是否属谢屋村存疑，故不采用。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

人民公社时期设谢屋大队，1963年并入红兴大队，1973年又分设；1983年11月设乡，1987年起称村委会，1989年4月又作管理区，1998年定名村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，谢屋村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」；2026年1月，获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
