四平村是北惯镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东南部，距镇区约6公里，村域紧靠那龙河，镇主干渠贯穿其中。^[1]^[2]

村民以种植水稻、蔬菜，养殖鱼、鹅、猪和外出务工为主要收入，村内所产荔枝、龙眼是北惯镇水果的主要输出品。^[1]^[2]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初期此地称平地朗；1957年公社化时，与北惯村同属范平乡；1964年分出设四平大队；1983年改称管理区，1999年设立村委会。^[3]

村域面积7.3平方千米，下辖10个村民小组，共454户、1820人。^[1]^[2]

村民以种植水稻、蔬菜，养殖鱼、鹅、猪以及外出务工为主要收入来源。^[1]

四平村是北惯镇荔枝、龙眼等水果的主要输出村。^[2]

四平村于2019年9月入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。^[1]

大寨村于2021年12月获评阳江市2021年度卫生村，该村属四平村委会。^[1]
