全村总面积6平方千米，水田与旱地共1430亩，下辖7个村民小组。辖区地势低洼，水资源丰富，适合鱼塘养殖。^[1]

四朗村于2019年9月入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。^[1]
