地名由来[edit]
怀集县人民政府以怀发（1998）20号文批复，1998年11月成立睦渊村民委员会，驻地为睦渊村，村名随之而定。[1]
概况[edit]
下辖17个村民小组，总人口3237人；有水田1034亩、旱地148亩。村中种有约80亩蔬菜基地和约30亩甘蔗基地，并有生猪养殖大户。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
人民公社时期设睦渊大队；1983年11月设乡，1987年起称村委会，1989年4月又作管理区，1998年定名村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，睦渊村列入「2020年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」；2026年1月，获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
