地名由来[edit]
由四个自然村合并为一村，村民均姓梁，取“四方和睦”之意，定名四和。[1]
概况[edit]
下辖13个村民小组，总人口1728人；有水田852亩、旱地83亩。村中种有约50亩蔬菜基地，营造速生丰产林2584.35亩，并有生猪养殖大户。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1963年同四隆、太原一起并入新华大队，1973年自该大队分出；1983年11月设乡，1987年起称村委会，1989年4月又作管理区，1998年定名村民委员会。[1]
