旺兰村是洽水镇（属怀集县，肇庆市）的一个行政村，在洽水镇东部，与凤岗镇相邻，面积约13平方千米，下设19个村民小组，村情材料记总人口2300多人。到怀集县城46公里，到洽水圩6公里[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村由原来的旺洞、兰洞两个村委会合并而成，各取原村名中的一字，称旺兰。[1]

该村1958年编为生产大队，1983年11月改设乡，1987年又改为村委会，1989年4月起设管理区，1998年11月改称村民委员会[1]。

经济[edit]

村处丘陵山岗地带，引进木业公司种植速生桉，并开发矿产资源，增加集体收入。农业上以山地造林为主，种水稻、花生、木薯，养猪。[1]
