洽水镇是广东省肇庆市怀集县东北部的一个镇，北面与清远市连南县相接，东面是清远市阳山县，西北边则是清远市连山县；面积约529平方千米，常住人口22842人（第七次全国人口普查，2020年），辖1个社区和21个行政村[1][2]。镇政府设在洽水圩，圩名来自东坑、西坑两条水流在此汇合[3]。镇内山多林多，水电、矿产和林业是传统的经济基础，所产新岗红茶于2018年获国家地理标志产品认证[3][4]。
历史沿革[edit]
百度百科的说法是，这一带最早见于明代永乐年间设的罗岗村，到清代成为罗岗堡。1958年先成立洽水乡，当年9月又并入钢铁人民公社，1959年起称洽水人民公社；此后1983年撤社改区，1987年区改为镇[1]。博雅地名网另记洽水公社成立于1960年、建镇在1986年，比百度百科早或晚一两年，两说并存[2]。
镇下辖的各村，普遍经历了同一条路：1958年是生产大队，1983年11月改为乡，1987年称村委会，1989年4月称管理区，1998年11月起称村民委员会[2]。不少村的村情材料称本村为革命老区村。
地理环境[edit]
洽水镇在怀集县的东北角，与阳山县、连山县、连南县三个清远市辖县交界，南面依次是凤岗镇、连麦镇和汶朗镇，西面是中洲镇[1]。面积约529平方千米，是怀集县面积第二大的乡镇[2]。
博雅地名网转录的镇概况称，这里属亚热带季风区，年平均气温20.1摄氏度，极端最高气温39.1摄氏度，极端最低气温零下3.9摄氏度，夏天凉爽、冬天寒冷，光照足，降水多；该材料未注明年份[3]。

据第七次全国人口普查（2020年），洽水镇的常住人口是22842人，在怀集县各街道乡镇中排第15位[1][2]。上述镇概况材料另称全镇有202个自然村，总人口约2.9万人，当时辖22个村委会和1个居委会，年份不明[3]。
经济[edit]
洽水镇是怀集县的大林区镇，传统上以石头、水头、木头三类资源见长。矿产有铁、铋、铅锌等，据概况材料引述的1987年勘探资料，储量约2000多万吨；水力方面，材料称当时已投产的水电站16座，合计装机1.25万千瓦，尚可再建14座；林业方面，活立木蓄积量270多万立方米，树种有松、杉等[3]。
同一份材料还给出2000年的数字：农村人均收入3400元；农业总产值0.66亿元，工业产值1.44亿元，合计社会总产值4.03亿元[3]。至于税收，百度百科记2016年全镇两税合计642.2万元，增值税占496.4万元，地方税占145.8万元[1]。
新岗红茶是镇上的特产，在2018年3月经国家质检总局公告列为地理标志产品。百度百科称茶园位于新岗林场一带海拔600米以上的红黄壤山地，面积约1000余亩，年产1.5万至2万公斤，并说它在2020年列入广东省名特优新农产品[4]。洽水镇以茶叶入选2022年度省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇，镇内的茶岩村也于2020年8月入选首批省级专业村[2]。
名胜古迹[edit]
百度百科的「著名景点」一栏列有新岗林场茶场、高塘水库和新湾水库[1]。从村情材料看，高塘水库属白水河梯级电站，位于白水村境内；新湾电站设在丽洞村，七坑村的村情材料则提到新湾水库上游的村民已迁到圩镇居住[2]。
