历史沿革[edit]

名称与建制先后为龙西高级社（1955年）、龙西大队（1958年）、龙西乡（1983年11月）、龙西村委会（1987年）、龙西管理区（1989年4月）、龙西村民委员会（1998年）。[2]

地名由来[edit]

村域在石龙村的西面，故称龙西。[2]

经济[edit]

村情材料称辖17个村民小组、552户、2309人，耕地1416亩，山地2764亩；据2009年统计，社会总产值4603.3万元，人均收入5712元。[1]
