新联村是长岐镇下辖的行政村，自然村有石秀山、博历、传趾和上、下杜村等，在鉴江下游西岸，距吴川市区约8公里，面积约4.8平方公里，常住人口4378人[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名取辖区各村新近联合成一体之意[1]。建国初设大队，1961年改小公社，1964年复为大队，此后依次为乡（1983年）、管理区（1987年）、村委会（1998年）[1]。

经济与荣誉[edit]

农业种水稻、花生和蕃薯，淡水养殖是副业[1]。2019年9月，该村被列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」；2026年1月又获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」[1]。
