历史沿革[edit]
明代中叶，何姓由覃巴的高岭村迁来，此处生长土名“辣芥”的植物，于是各取“高岭”“辣芥”一字作村名[1]。1953年起为高辣大队，1981年改乡，1988年起为管区，1998年起称村委会[1]。
经济[edit]
村落呈长方形，农业以蔬菜、水稻为主；博雅地名网称新建的茂湛铁路将穿过村中心，并在黄址村设客运站[1]。2019年9月，高辣村被列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」[1]。
