花城社区在佛陈大桥旁，北临东平水道，由2000年开盘的碧桂花城小区发展而成，2008年设居委会。[1][2]

2000年碧桂花城小区建成，2008年4月成立花城居委会。[1][2]

社区概况[edit]

社区占地1700多亩，入住住户超过5200户，约两万多人，设有文化广场、小学、幼儿园和18个休闲公园。[2]2009年4月被评为广东省卫生社区。[2]
