花城村是陆丰市博美镇的行政村，在博美社区东面，同溪墘村相邻，属博美洋东畔的产粮地带。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明初，林、陈、俞等姓的先人迁居此地。1999年由原来的溪墘乡政府改为村委会，定名花城村委会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
2009年记录全村7115人。土地肥沃，种水稻、番薯、蔬菜、大豆，是镇上的粮食基地之一。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，花城是广东省卫生村；2022年1月，广东省乡村振兴局把它确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」的创建单位。[1]
