龙眼村是佛山市顺德区勒流街道下辖的行政村，别称龙渚，位于勒良路与大良凤翔路交汇处，辖区面积4.88平方千米，以每年农历五月初三的龙舟“点睛”习俗知名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网引文物考古资料，西汉时已有人在此定居，村曾称“龙渚”，南面村口的门楼上刻有“龙渚初关”；后改名龙眼。[1]民国时属龙眼乡，1958年成立大队，1983年改乡，1987年称村，1990年设村委会。[1]

百度百科记，南宋咸淳九年（1273年）梁氏族人迁入聚居，明景泰三年（1452年）因龙船点睛的习俗而更名龙眼。[3]

地理与经济[edit]

村下有十个自然村：石桥、联二、新联、下闸、永安，以及西街、岗头、中营、二阳、东阳；户籍4936人，另有流动人口4500；耕地5000多亩，工业区608亩，2014年工农业总产值6.3亿元。[2]环村涌环绕石岗山、永安山、圆岗山三座山丘，石岗山2005年改造为山体公园。[2]

文化[edit]

龙眼点睛：按习俗，五月初一起龙船后，初三各地龙船到龙眼太尉庙“点睛”，据说点过睛的龙船才行得快；这一习俗已传承六百多年，2013年申报为区级非物质文化遗产。[2]

村里的梁氏宗祠、吕氏宗祠、太尉庙、严静庵、天主教堂、蚝壳屋和石狮水埠头等是有代表性的历史建筑，另有经省文管会鉴定的贝丘遗址。[2]龙眼古桥见勒流街道条。[4]

著名人物[edit]

梁敦彦是清政府首批留美幼童之一，与詹天佑同学，回国后官至外务部尚书，博雅地名网称他是龙眼村当地影响最大的历史人物。[2]传说明代黄萧养起义时曾在村内三杯酒大塘一带誓师，现仍留有点军台和旗杆洞。[2]

荣誉[edit]

龙眼村被评为省生态示范村和省A级卫生村。[2]2021年10月它进了淘宝村名单；2022年1月，省乡村振兴局把它定为乡村治理示范村的创建单位；2023年11月，它又是百千万工程首批典型县镇村之一。[1]
