历史沿革[edit]
《顺德县地名志》记，村旧称西丫，后嫌“丫”字读音不佳，改作西华。[1]1950年归龙清乡，1958年并入龙眼大队，1975年西华独立设生产大队，之后改乡、改村，1999年成立西华村委会。[1]
经济与社会[edit]
村有常住人口2370人，外来人员约2800人，大小企业约60家，行业有制衣针织、红木家具、灯饰、家用五金电器等；2014年工业产值2.68亿元，农业用地1680亩，村民分红每股1515元。[2]
荣誉[edit]
西华村是2021、2022年的淘宝村；2023年4月进入广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位名单；2024年8月被佛山市公布为第二批百千万工程典型镇村，2026年1月又获评省第二批典型村。[1]
