历史沿革[edit]
勒北开村于宋朝。1950年槎冲、北星、三漕三村联合成勒北乡，1958年公社化时合为勒北大队，其间一度拆成三个大队，至1963年重新合并。[3]1984年大队改乡政府，三年后又改作村民委员会；九十年代先分三个管理区，1997年合为勒北管理区，1999年管理区撤销，设勒北村民委员会至今。[3]
经济与概况[edit]
村委会辖区约3.2平方千米，耕地1568亩，鱼塘2867亩，常住人口6683人（博雅地名网转载的介绍，未注年份）；村内工业企业36间，以电器插座开关、五金制品为主，养殖以加州鲈、生鱼、鳗鱼等为主。[2]百度百科记，村里户籍6425人，流动人口3800人，工业区设在槎涌片区，村委会靠市场铺位、厂房租金和渡口投包取得收入。[4]
文化与古迹[edit]
按百度百科的介绍，村里的景点有七层文塔、勒北渡口和鲤鱼沙岛，木棉花是一景；勒北也是顺德古村落活化的试点，正在修复蚕房等老建筑。[4]村内每年农历九月初九、十九、廿九，各自然村分别举办敬老活动，80岁以上老人领长寿利是。[2]
荣誉[edit]
勒北村先后进入2021年和2022年的淘宝村名单；2026年3月，又被认定为省第三批百千万工程典型村。[1]
