江义村是佛山市顺德区勒流街道下辖的行政村，位于街道北部，北临顺德水道，面积约4平方千米，村名由麻江、谭义两个自然村各取一字而成。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年成立江义农民协会，三年后转为高级社，1958年建大队；1983年设乡，1989年改称村，1992年又叫管理区，当时辖3个自然村，1999年起为江义村民委员会。[1]

经济与社会[edit]

村分九个村民小组，名为福联、安龙、新南、东西、上龙、北南、谭东、谭西和大戈沙；1996年按规划分为工业区、农田保护区、居民住宅区三大功能区。[2]2014年集体总收入3490多万元，当年投包的174个鱼塘平均每亩7274元。[2]

2001年村里成立了顺德区第一个村级“长者福利基金”，初始资金360万元；到2014年基金净资产4105万元，福利金提高到每人每月500元。[2]百度百科另记，江义是岭南桑基鱼塘的典型代表，村内建有江义村史馆。[3]

荣誉[edit]

江义村得过广东省文明村、岭南名村的称号；2014年在“牵手2014中国最美村镇”评选中拿到循环发展奖。[2][3]2020年8月，它作为加州鲈专业村进入首批省“一村一品、一镇一业”名单；2023年11月，属于广东百千万工程首批典型县镇村；2024年4月，列入第一批省乡村振兴示范村创建名单。[1]
