新益村是珠海市斗门区莲洲镇下辖的行政村，2005年3月由新埠村与谦益村合并而成，村名各取两村名中的一字。[1]

两个原村[edit]

新埠村始建于清道光十五年（1835年），关、何两姓始祖立村时，盼它将来成为兴旺的新闹市，故名“新埠”。[1]谦益村始建于康熙十八年（1679年），以耕地围“谦益围”命名，过去曾写作“欠益村”。[1]

据村里的说法，始祖从河南来到广东南雄珠玑巷，再迁到此地。[1]2019年9月，新益村在广东省2018年“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位名单中。[1]
