幸福社区是雄州街道下辖的居民社区，位于雄州大道西、河南大桥北岸的江边，名称寓意建国后人民过上幸福生活。[1]辖区有13个街巷，户籍人口3045人、1123户（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）。[1]

社区前身是幸福街，1949年至1956年由街人民政府管辖，之后依次改为居民委员会、办事处、革命委员会，1980年再回到居委会形式，2003年更名为幸福社区。[1]

社区办公场所在洪山寺50号，是砖瓦结构的旧房，使用面积35平方米；有社区干部3人、党员24人，经费主要靠上级拨付。[1]
