历史沿革[edit]
三安由三丫潭、刘安两个村组合而成，各取一个字，得名三安。[1]
1949年后这里属仙村区。三安在1956年建初级社，1957年升高级社，1958年是仙村公社的三安分队，1961年起叫大队；1983年改乡，1987年设村民委员会，属仙村镇，1989年归沙埔镇，2004年沙埔并入新塘镇后随之归属新塘镇。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
村辖3个合作社、5个村民小组，有246户、933人，博雅地名网称它是广州市重点扶贫村，村集体年收入只有数千元，村民人均收入7016元。村里先后集资约85万元，修了鱼塘石堤、村民休闲路、三安公园和篮球场等。[1]
2023年5月，三安村被广东省爱卫会授予广东省卫生村称号（2022年度）。百度百科称，村周边土地被纳入水乡古村新乡村示范带的发展规划。[1][2]
