新康社区是广州市增城区新塘镇下辖的社区居民委员会，城乡分类为镇中心区。「新康」寓意在新的起点上健康发展；社区以新康花园等商品房住宅小区为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区在2000年11月28日得名，居委会于2001年元旦成立；党支部建于2002年7月，后升格为党总支，下设两个支部，共有党员80名。[1]

人口与设施[edit]

辖区包括新康花园、山湖珺璟花园、豪进广场三个商品房小区，面积0.46平方千米，共有142栋楼宇；据博雅地名网所载，常住4416户、13486人，其中户籍1605户、4061人，分8个居民小组，居民代表51名。[1]

小区内设有学校、幼儿园、颐康服务站、商业街、综合超市和菜市场，以及儿童游乐场、健身房、球场、游泳池等文体场所。[1]

荣誉[edit]

新康社区在2022年11月获评广州市绿色社区，2024年11月入选广州市充分就业社区（村），此前的2019年9月，还上了广东省2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位的名单。[1]
