历史沿革[edit]
1988年新塘镇卫山综合开发公司成立，辖区内多数楼房出自该公司之手。卫山居委会成立于1995年，2002年改为社区居委会，名称一直未变。[1]
荣誉[edit]
在广州市2024年充分就业社区（村）的认定中，该社区于11月入选。[1]
