冲口街道是广东省广州市荔湾区下辖的街道，原属芳村地区，濒临珠江，以大冲口涌一带为中心。[1][2]百度百科记其面积为3.7平方千米，维基百科与博雅地名网的介绍则写作4.2平方千米；2020年第七次全国人口普查，常住人口为72918人。[1][2][3]截至2021年10月底，下辖10个社区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建置几经反复：1949年11月为冲口乡；1954年3月改镇，当年6月并入芳村镇；1961年10月首设街道，不到一年便撤销，转入芳村街道；直到1987年1月才重新设立。[1][3]2005年9月，芳村区并入荔湾区，街道随之划归荔湾区管辖。[1][4]

地理环境[edit]

街道东面隔珠江与海珠区相望，南与白鹤洞街道相邻，西面邻东漖街道和茶滘街道，北与花地街道相接。[1]博雅地名网转述的街道概况称，沿江岸线西起下市涌、东至鹤洞大桥，长2.4公里，辖区内河涌纵横；芳村大道、花地大道和花蕾路、浣花路构成主要道路骨架。[3]

百度百科载，2011年辖内规模以上工业企业共18家，职工3000多人；全年工业总产值为15.43亿元，社会消费品零售总额19.14亿元，较上年增长41.9%。[1]

文化[edit]

辖区内的聚龙村建于清末，由祖籍台山的邝氏族人兴建，青砖民居成井字形排列，为广州市文物保护单位，2013年8月入选第二批中国传统村落。[2][9]毓灵桥横跨冲口涌，是三孔梁式石桥，1993年8月公布为广州市文物保护单位。[5]亚细亚花地仓旧址位于信联路，建于1906年，原是英资亚细亚火油公司设在广州的油库，用地约3.3万平方米。[8]协同和机器厂由陈沛霖等人于1911年在芳村大涌口创办碾米厂，1912年起生产柴油机，2018年入选首批中国工业遗产保护名录。[7]

坑口村每年农历正月二十六举行生菜会，村民到观音庙上香，吃生菜包、转风车，取「生菜」与「生财」谐音，据称已有300多年历史。[6]

交通[edit]

广州地铁1号线的坑口站和西塱站，11号线的沙涌站和大冲口站，以及广佛线的西塱站、沙涌站，都设在辖区内。[2]
