历史沿革[edit]
1951至1954年是翠塘小乡，1955至1958年归悦城乡，其间曾分设民丰、业丰、连丰等社，一度与悦城、关塘坪合为翠塘片。公社化时（1958年冬）称翠塘大队；此后变动依次是：1983年翠塘乡人民政府、1987年翠塘村民委员会、1990年翠塘管理区，1998年复称翠塘村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
集体经济靠出租三间店铺和种植沙糖桔；山上种沙糖桔，山下种水稻、蔬菜，也有鱼塘。[1]
