龙湾村是福建省宁德市霞浦县沙江镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西部，距镇政府驻地约15公里。村子是老区基点村，同时是少数民族行政村，村中有龙湾、北山、岭尾三个自然村，共330户，畲族占其中508人。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，相传有龙曾经过此处，而村子又位于山湾之内，故名龙湾。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年8月，全国推行人民公社化，原农业社改为生产大队，当年于此立起龙湾生产大队。[1]

1984年8月恢复乡级政权、政社分开，龙湾生产大队改称龙湾村，由村民选出村民委员会；此后生产大队撤销，改设龙湾村民委员会。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

村子南北多山地，东西地势开阔平坦，溪流较浅，多为平缓的坡耕地。全村耕地约1250亩，林地约3579亩。村内属亚热带气候，日照充足，无霜期长。[1]

总人口1185人（博雅地名网），畲族508人，比例约42%；共330户。[1]

经济[edit]

村里以种植业为主导，主要作物有马铃薯、槟榔芋、蜜柚、西瓜、水稻、茶叶，另有沃柑和脐橙。[1]

2022年12月，龙湾村由福建省绿化委员会命名为「2022年福建省森林村庄」。[1]
