田心村旧名中洋，村中的房屋多建在田间，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前属紫岗乡。解放初隶东红区蒋邦村，经历红坊区、龙池区的调整，1957年起归红坊乡。[1]

1958年公社化后隶红坊公社蒋邦大队；1961年另设田心大队，1967年改称红村大队。1979年红村分设，田心独立为大队；1984年成立田心村委会。[1]

田心村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
