洋背村是梅州市平远县东石镇的行政村，在东石圩以北约7公里处，下设19个村民小组，登记504户、2131人，总面积12.31平方公里，耕地约2499亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年设洋背乡，1958年改称大队，1983年改称小乡，1987年成立村民委员会，1989年改设管理区，1999年再次设村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
村里种水稻、玉米、花生、黄豆，三华李的种植面积约1000亩；每年另与公司合作种甜玉米200多亩，境内有2处石灰石矿场。[1] 2021年9月，洋背村（三华李）名列「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」。[1]
