黄梅村是梅州市梅县区丙村镇辖下的一个行政村，村名由两处地名各取一字合成。[1]
地名由来[edit]
据博雅地名网，溪边曾有一棵有两百多年树龄的梅树，加上黄羌坪的「黄」字，合称黄梅。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
黄梅在清末归程乡县锦州堡万安约，1931年改成第十二区万安乡，此后1952年划归丙村区锦州乡，再到1958年入了丙村人民公社。1983年建黄梅乡，1987年设管理区，1999年设村委会。[1]
