历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，村的地形像两朵葵花，“双”字也含“二”的意思，故名葵双。[1]葵双在新中国成立后称乡，1951年12月为第二十区（区府设在安墩）的小乡，1957年底划入宝沥乡；1963年2月属安墩公社；1987年3月依惠东府函〔1987〕8号文设村委，1999年称葵双村委会。[1]

百度百科记全村有521户，2814人，下分11个村民小组，耕地2217亩，村里设党总支部。[2]
经济[edit]
葵双村以种植蜜柚为主，百度百科称其种植面积7000多亩，年产约2500万斤，年产值超过1亿元，有6家专业种植企业和13家合作社，带动700多户农户。[2]葵双村的蜜柚产业，列入2020年8月公布的首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。[1]据该条目，村在2015年摘掉贫困村帽子。[2]
