黄沙村在惠东县安墩镇，村傍河而居，河滩多黄沙；村中黄沙小学内有粤赣湘边纵队司令部旧址。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子靠着河岸，黄沙遍地，因此得名。[1]黄沙早在1931年8月就是惠阳县多祝第三区的黄沙乡；1951年12月改为第二十区（区府设在安墩）的小乡，1957年底并入安墩乡，之后历经管理区、大队，1984年复称乡，1987年3月依惠东府函〔1987〕8号文设村委。[1][2]
名胜古迹[edit]
粤赣湘边纵队司令部旧址在黄沙小学，是三合土泥砖、瓦木结构的“上三下三”围屋，白墙灰瓦，硬山顶，1939年动工，1940年落成。[1]1949年1月粤赣湘边纵队成立，总部设在安墩镇。[3]
荣誉[edit]
黄沙村入选广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位（2018年度，2019年9月公布）。[1]
