洛塘村位于惠州市惠城区，由水口街道管辖，是一个行政村[1]。
地名由来[edit]
据博雅地名网，约500年前黎姓祖先从江西赣州于都县草头乡迁到此地的山脚，在山边的大鱼塘里放鸭为生，见鸭子欢快地落进塘里，便把地方叫作落塘。客家话里“落”“洛”同音，后来写成洛塘。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国初期，洛塘由联和公社管辖。1980年惠阳县缩编乡镇，洛塘行政村（包括洛塘、霞岗、红群三村）被改为水口镇的洛塘村管理区；到2003年7月，管理区取消，改为村委会。[1]

百度百科称，村在街道北面，324省道穿村而过，面积约4.2平方千米，常住人口1600余人，分3个自然村；2025年，村内部分土地因东江湾产业园等项目纳入征收[2]。
