鹿岗村位于惠州市惠城区，由水口街道管辖，是一个行政村[1]。
地名由来[edit]
境内山岗形似一头鹿，因而得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1951年至1954年，李屋、张屋、桥头、鹿岗、山口围五处合为一个小乡，叫鹿岗乡，也称岗下村；1954年至1958年入人民公社，后来设鹿岗大队革命委员会，一直用到1982年。1986年改设鹿岗乡人民政府，1987年起称管理区，1997年6月之后设村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
鹿岗村名列2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位，名单公布于2019年9月。[1]
