沙一村位于沙浦镇北部，与圩镇相距约1.5公里，辖4个村民小组。据博雅地名网，南宋咸淳六年（1270年）陆氏从南海冈根村迁来建村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
南宋咸淳六年，陆氏人家由南海冈根村迁来建村。1953年归第八区沙浦乡管辖，其后经广利区头溪乡、广星人民公社，至1959年2月编为沙一大队。[1]1986年称沙一村，1988年3月划归鼎湖区沙浦镇，1998年10月起设沙一村民委员会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
全村450户，1500人，耕地2660亩（博雅地名网，未注明统计年份）。村里以养殖业为主，养猪和养鱼是主要产业，兼种香蕉和肇实，有深水鱼塘近500亩。[1]
著名人物[edit]
陆祖华、邓生、邓锦棠、陆国宝为沙一村人，1926年参加农军，1927年12月在“沙浦反围剿”战斗中被捕，后被杀害。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年1月，沙一村获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]
