道教村在佛山市顺德区乐从镇东南方，辖区面积约2平方千米，南宋末年有人为避难南来开村，村名取“以道德教育为主”之意[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村由南宋末年南逃的难民开辟，至今700多年[1]。民国到新中国成立初期属鹭堡乡，1958年设道教大队，1983年起称道教乡，1987年起称村，1989年起叫管理区，1999年改称村委会[1]。
经济与设施[edit]
博雅地名网记全村725户，常住2506人；一条21米宽的道教大道连通三乐公路；工业区占地368亩，有钢管、床上用品、五金家电、印刷、家具等行业共57家企业；农业区约1400亩，鱼塘900多亩，另有300多亩种花卉、蔬菜等[2]。村内有道教小学、幼儿园、老人康乐中心和体育馆等[2]。
